2007. USDA NRCS Conservation Innovation Grant, $805,012 to develop a comprehensive pesticide environmental assessment tool for US agriculture.

2007. Heller Foundation and Natural Resources Defense Council. $150,000 to develop, promote and implement Green Shield Certification for pest management professionals.

2007. Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission, $20,000, and Chesapeake Bay Commission, $25,000, to pilot enhanced nutrient management for corn producers in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

2006. Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, $225,000 for the BMP CHALLENGE and water quality trading education in Pennsylvania.

2006. USDA IPM Program and Regional IPM Centers, $50,000 to develop a Pest Management Strategic Plan for school IPM.

2006. USDA CSREES Crops at Risk, $423,104 for a pest management program using reduced-risk pesticides, eco-apple protocols and value added marketing for NY and New England growers, in collaboration with University of Massachusetts.

2004.  US EPA Region I Strategic Agriculture Initiative Grant.  Collaborative award of $47,000 with Red Tomato, Inc. and the Universities of Massachusetts and Cornell to develop market support for ecological apple production in the Northeast.

2004.  USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.  Collaborative award of $191,000 with American Farmland Trust and Midwest state and federal conservation agencies to increase adoption of nutrient BMPs and conservation tillage in five states.

2004.  US EPA Pesticide Environmental Stewardship National Challenge Grant.  Collaborative award of $82,000 with ten national school IPM experts to develop an IPM “Toolbox” for school systems.

2003.  US EPA Pesticide Environmental Stewardship National Challenge Grant.  Award of $22,000 to certify ten school systems for IPM performance.

2002.  US EPA Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Regional Grants Program. Award of $40,000 to create a practice-based IPM certification program for woody ornamentals producers.

2002.  Massachusetts Department of Food & Agriculture.  Award of $3000 to create marketing materials to support on-farm retail for IPM certified growers in Massachusetts .

2001.  USDA Small Business Innovative Research Program.  Award of $271,000 to support development of financial risk management products for IPM producers.

2001.  US EPA Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program.  Award of $15,000 to support development of a homework element for the first national IPM in schools week.
